The surface of the house is 125m2, organized on 3 floors :

The central floor, open, bright and with beautiful lake view, welcoming living rooms: an entrance, a kitchen (3 induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster), a lounge and a dining room.

The lower floor is composed of a laundry room, a WC, a large bathroom with whirlpool tub, walk-in shower + WC and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is large (21m2 approx.) and is equipped with a queen size bed. The 2nd room (21m2 approx.) is adjustable (can be split into 2 rooms of 12 and 9m2 with a door) , equipped with two single beds (2x90x190). There again, all the rooms (except laundry) are very bright, with large windows overlooking the lake. The temperature in the rooms of this floor is very cool, which is very enjoyable when high heat.

The upper floor has a bathroom with shower + toilet and a bedroom (13m2 approx.) with double bed (160cm) and air conditioning.

Outside, you can enjoy a wood terrace of 50m2 with superb views on the lake and mountains and not overlooked, south facing, and equipped with a table (10 people) and chairs , awning, barbecue, garden furniture, table tennis table and 4 sun loungers.

Enjoy a plot of 800m2 surrounded by greenery and a round heated swimming pool (15 June-15 September) with swimming against the current.
